Our process for optimizing your electric fleet works very similarly as a IC conversion program. This consultation is typically for operations that already utilize electric forklifts and are looking to become more lean with their material handling spend.
Discovery
During the Discovery process, an in-depth examination of the of the equipment is recorded help understand the process of the conversion.

Data Gathering
2 week power study on trucks selected to gather the most relevant and accurate usage data.
