Batteries
Think Deeper
When it comes to deciding what kind of battery you are going to use for your material handling fleet.
There is more to it than just making your equipment go. Find the type of battery that best suits your operation. Implementing the correct technology will save you from downtime, high maintenance costs, and decreased productivity.
Lithium
Lithium batteries are a smart solution for your business. Shorter charge times, heavy application usage, remote programmability, and maintenance-free features help to make this a popular choice for forklift batteries.
- Maintenance Free
- Shorter Charge Times
- Programmable (Battery Management System)
- Application
TPPL
Thin Plate Pure Lead (TPPL) batteries are an alternative to Lithium. Much like Lithium, they are maintenance-free and shorter charge times. TPPL have light to medium application usage.

Tubular
Tubular batteries are more flexible for different applications. They are good for medium to high usage and good for extended shifts. They have the same capacities but longer run times than flat plates.
- Medium to High usage
- Longer run times than flat plate
- Higher capacities in same footprint as flat plate
- More flexibility for different applications
Flat Plate
Flat plates are the most common battery with a single application shift and the thickest positive grid. Standard charging with opportunity charging option available. Flat plates are the most used battery technology in material handling.
